Job description

Your Mission

In this newly created key role, you act as an end‑to‑end strategic link between data, processes and decision‑making. You will translate complex analyses into clear insights, intuitive dashboards and data‑driven recommendations - working closely with our business units and production teams. Your strong business acumen and interest in technical processes turn data into real value. Whether in Finance, R&D or Operations: your work strengthens our data‑driven culture, opens up new perspectives, foster innovation and makes untapped potential visible.

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing data with a strong focus on data quality and performing analyses

  • Define key performance indicators and further develop existing reports in close collaboration with the business departments

  • Design and develop models, reports and analyses as a foundation for data‑driven decision‑making

  • Visualize and document results in meaningful dashboards or notebooks

  • Establish and optimize governance and compliance structures in the data domain

Your profile

  • Completed higher education in a relevant field (e.g. university of applied sciences or university degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or a related discipline) or several years of relevant professional experience

  • Solid skills in at least one programming language, preferably Python or SQL

  • Experience in data preparation, analysis and modelling, as well as confident handling of statistical software (e.g. SAS or R)

  • Experience with cloud environments (e.g. MS Fabric, AWS, etc.) is a plus

  • Excellent German and English skills
