Your Mission

You lead our project management team and ensure that our plans turn into real plants - on time, economically, and in the highest quality. In a dynamic environment on a growth path, you give structure, direction, and pace to project implementation: you further develop standards and methods, keep an eye on deadlines, budgets, and risks, and bring all stakeholders - from sales to engineering to commissioning - to the table.

Your Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the PM team including coaching, goal setting, and competence development

• Strategic prioritization and management of the project portfolio in technical plant construction as well as project, capacity, and resource planning based on company and sales planning

• Standardization and further development of PM methods, processes, and tools (Stage-Gate, reporting, scheduling, risk and change management) within the common PM strategy

• Ensuring structured project planning as well as compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality goals, and contractual requirements, including reporting, forecasts, early detection of deviations, and initiation of countermeasures/escalations

• Close collaboration with sales, engineering, procurement, assembly, commissioning, biology, quality management, and controlling

• Ensuring audit- and certification-capable project documentation as well as promoting lessons learned, knowledge management, and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Completed higher technical school or technical/economic studies, ideally with a focus on mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or project management

• Experience in leading complex projects in an industrial environment as well as initial leadership experience in a PM, PMO, or technical team

• Competence in resource planning, project controlling, and risk management as well as experience with PM standards

• Proficient in PM and reporting tools (ideally MS Project) and ERP systems, combined with technical and commercial understanding

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English as well as confident stakeholder management

• Decision-making ability, implementation orientation, and willingness to travel for international projects
