Job description
Your Mission
In this role, you actively shape the daily work of our board. You prepare board meetings and business appointments at the highest level in terms of content and organization and ensure a smooth flow of information within the company. With your structured work, foresight, and trustworthiness, you noticeably relieve the board and make a direct contribution to further scaling our young success story.
Your Tasks
Substantive and organizational preparation and follow-up of board meetings, committee meetings, and business meetings
Creation, structuring, and quality assurance of presentations and decision documents for the management
Coordination of topics, tasks, decisions, and deadlines including tracking
Central point of contact for internal stakeholders and selected external partners in the management environment
Organization of efficient schedule and travel management at the management level
Your Profile
Completed academic education or comparable qualification (business administration, economics, sales, marketing)
Several years of professional experience in an assistant or similar role in the top management environment desirable. However, we also address graduates who are taking the first step into an internationally oriented joint-stock company and want to gain experience at the top management level
Very good handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) as well as high IT and digital affinity in dealing with AI tools
Strong service orientation and communication skills in German and fluent business English
High discretion, reliability, as well as a structured, forward-looking, and proactive way of working
