Job description

Your Mission

As Legal Counsel (f/m/d) at REPLOID, you contribute to legal certainty in daily business operations, creating the basis for sustainable, economically successful growth. You advise management and departments on all relevant legal issues, from corporate law to commercial, civil, and contract law to capital market law. You identify risks early on and develop practical solutions that support our corporate goals. Your legal expertise, combined with teamwork and flexibility, strengthens our position with business partners and authorities, minimizes liability risks, and ensures that we not only comply with legal and regulatory requirements but also use them as a competitive advantage.

Your Tasks

  • Ongoing legal support and guidance for operational business operations

  • Answering legal ad-hoc inquiries from various corporate and functional areas

  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts

  • Supporting projects from a legal perspective

  • Corporate housekeeping and monitoring of corporate governance

  • Support in supervisory board management and preparation of general meetings

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in law in Austria and basic knowledge of business administration

  • Comprehensive professional experience - either in a law firm, but also preferably in-house in a company

  • Expertise in corporate and business law, civil and contract law, capital market law as well as capital market compliance; practical experience in labor and data protection law is advantageous

  • Proficient use of AI tools

  • Very good German and English skills as well as regular willingness to travel between the Austrian locations (Wels/Vienna)
