You combine financial and strategic analysis with operational transaction management and steer your projects with clear priorities and implementation strength - from initial analysis to completion and integration. You do not wait for detailed orders but identify the need for action and drive our M&A activities forward on your own initiative.

  • Decision Preparation: Translation of complex analyses into clear recommendations for action as well as preparation of well-founded decision-making bases for management

  • Transaction Coordination: Management of M&A projects and workstreams, coordination of due diligence with internal departments as well as external legal, tax, and financial advisors, and consolidation of results

  • Structuring and Support: Participation in transaction structures and financing options as well as support for contract negotiations, coordination of transaction documents, and coordination of signing and closing activities

  • Integration Process Development: Support of post-merger integration at the interfaces to finance, treasury, and controlling considering economic goals as well as further development of our M&A processes, valuation models, and reporting standards

Your Profile

  • A degree in business administration or equivalent qualification

  • Several years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or transaction advisory as well as practical transaction experience - ideally in an international environment with responsibility for projects or workstreams

  • Sound knowledge in company valuation, financial modeling, and balance sheet analysis, a good understanding of due diligence and transaction structures as well as knowledge of HGB and/or IFRS

  • Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to prepare complex analyses clearly and decision-oriented

  • Entrepreneurial thinking, an analytical, independent, and reliable way of working as well as a confident appearance, communication skills, and discretion

  • Very good German and English skills as well as project-related willingness to travel

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to actively shape processes and take on responsibility

  • A dynamic, growing work environment with a lot of room for maneuver

  • Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and an open corporate culture

  • Hybrid working and flexible working hours
