Your Mission

You develop processes that work – clear, standardized, and efficient. As a link between Operations, R&D, Quality, and Operational Excellence, you ensure that our value creation runs stably, comprehensibly, and audit-proof.

You define standards, optimize processes, and ensure that quality, efficiency, and transparency increase step by step. If you work in a structured way, understand technical processes, and enjoy working with different areas to develop sustainably good solutions, you are a perfect fit for this role.

Your Tasks

• Development, adaptation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) along the entire value chain, taking into account operational, quality-related, and procedural requirements

• Analysis, evaluation, and further development of existing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and transparency

• Support in method development in the quality area, including the creation and standardization of protocol templates, test procedures, and documentation standards

• Definition and implementation of escalation paths for individual processes as well as structured processing and tracking of deviations

• Professional collaboration with Operations, R&D, Quality, and external partners to ensure a consistent performance level

• Documentation, maintenance, and management of all process-relevant documents in digital systems

• Preparation, participation, and support in audits (internal/external) as well as continuous development of the process landscape

What You Bring

• Completed commercial, technical, or scientific education or studies in business, engineering, biology, process management, or quality management

• Professional experience in process development, performance management, quality management, or creation of SOPs and process documentation

• Biological or technical understanding, e.g., for production conditions, temperature/humidity requirements, or laboratory environments

• Proficient in digital tools, especially MS Office

• Very good English skills (B2/C1) in writing and speaking for documentation and international communication

• Analytical, structured, and independent work

• High resilience, solution-oriented thinking, and the ambition to noticeably improve processes
