Technical Operations Manager (f/m/d) – Production Site Development

Your Mission

REPLOID REGREEN, a subsidiary of REPLOID Group AG, stands for sustainable agriculture and healthy, resilient soils. With REGREEN, we develop an innovative organic fertilizer that emerges as a valuable material from organic residues within regional circular economy. Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for establishing a network of production facilities consisting of cooperations, contract manufacturing, or own facilities – from the search and selection of suitable locations to ongoing operation

• Independent control of approval and regulatory procedures including representation to authorities and experts

• Responsibility for the setup, commissioning, and handover of production sites into regular operation

• Coordination of internal and external project participants with a focus on deadlines, costs, and quality

• Ongoing evaluation of production processes and derivation of measures – from raw material delivery to packaging and shipping

• Selection, technical training and further education, as well as disciplinary leadership of production employees on-site
  

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university), e.g., in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, production, or process engineering

• Experience in operations or production management or project management – ideally supplemented with knowledge in pelletizing and drying of products

• Initial practice in handling approval and regulatory procedures as well as basic commercial understanding for cost and schedule control

• Initial leadership experience in a technical environment (operations, production, or project management); alternatively, solid experience in process and process engineering with the ambition to grow into a leadership role

• Strong project management skills as well as secure communication and negotiation skills in German and English

• Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) and a driver's license class B

• The minimum salary under the Information & Consulting Collective Agreement is €3,933.50 gross per month on a full-time basis. Depending on experience and qualifications, we are prepared to offer a significantly higher salary.
