Job description
Your Mission
As a working student (m/f/d) in the field of research and development of feed formulations, you support our R&D team in planning, conducting, and evaluating experiments. You contribute to translating scientific findings into practical solutions, transforming data into well-founded decision bases, and testing innovative concepts under real conditions. This gives you direct insights into the product development process and allows you to work at the interface of science, practice, and innovation.
You enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working with organic raw materials and in a work environment that can sometimes be quite odorous
Your Tasks
Support in preparing, conducting, and tracking development and testing activities
Collaboration in the production, adjustment, and documentation of feed formulations and test mixtures
Research on raw materials, nutritional values, and new formulation approaches
Processing, structuring, and initial evaluation of test and analysis data
Support in creating SOPs, reports, and documentation
Preparation of materials and samples for laboratory and pilot experiments
Close collaboration with our interdisciplinary R&D team
Your Profile
Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in animal sciences, agricultural sciences, biotechnology, food technology, biology, chemistry, or a comparable natural science discipline
Interest in applied research and development work
Structured and careful way of working
Good Excel skills
English proficiency at least at level B2
Enjoyment of practically implementing scientific questions
Initial practical experience in the laboratory, experimental work, product development, or in the field of animal nutrition as well as knowledge in data evaluation and scientific research are advantageous.
