Job description

Your Mission

As a Construction Manager, you will take over the assembly management of our plant projects in domestic and international locations, ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient implementation on-site. With your organizational skills and strong team orientation, you independently manage our construction sites, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure that quality and safety standards are always maintained at the highest level. With your technical know-how, structured work approach, and hands-on mentality, you make a significant contribution to the successful completion of our projects.

Your Tasks

  • Management and coordination of all construction site activities and assembly teams in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners

  • Coordination of personnel deployment and resources, as well as ensuring occupational safety through instructions, acceptances, and training

  • Organization and documentation of assembly processes, quality and safety controls

  • Preparation of technical reports, deficiency lists, and other documentation, as well as identification/implementation of optimization measures

  • Support during commissioning and customer acceptances

Your Profile

  • Completed technical education (e.g. mechanic, mechatronics technician, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, electrician, or similar)

  • Several years of professional experience in assembly or construction management in plant/machinery construction

  • Sound knowledge in occupational safety, quality management, documentation, and common tools

  • High willingness to travel (approx. 50-80%) and intercultural competence

  • Strong communication skills and very good German language skills in speech and writing, English skills are advantageous
