Your Mission

In this role, you develop and support sustainable financing structures that secure the company's growth and strategic development. You combine analytical strength with negotiation skills, professionally accompany financing processes and M&A activities from preparation to implementation, and act as a convincing interface to banks, financing partners, investors, and internal decision-makers.

Your Tasks

• Structuring, preparing, and supporting financings, especially in the area of debt or hybrid instruments

• Creation and coordination of financing memoranda, presentations, and decision documents for internal and external stakeholders

• Preparation, execution, and support of bank discussions and negotiations on financing structures and terms

• Establishment, maintenance, and further development of a sustainable network with banks and financing partners

• Organization and management of data rooms in the context of due diligence and financing processes

• Close collaboration with financial modeling and business planning, as well as participation in strategic financing projects, investor communication, and potentially IPO preparation

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in corporate finance, banking, or debt advisory

• Sound understanding of financing structures, especially loans, covenants, and securities

• Experience in accompanying financings from structuring to completion, including bankable preparation of documents

• Confident handling of credit institutions, financial models, and business plans

• Experience with due diligence processes and structured organization of data rooms

• Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as a confident demeanor towards external stakeholders
