Who we are

REPLOID is a pioneer in circular bioeconomy: Through scalable upcycling solutions, organic residues are transformed into new valuable resources and marketable products directly at their source, for example for the feed and fertilizer industry. We provide exemplary additional value and significantly contribute to meeting growing sustainability requirements (Scope 3, CO2 emissions...).

#wearereploid - We think long-term and set new standards. To further advance our mission, we are looking for you. Your work has a visible impact with us! If you are looking for more than "business as usual", want to take responsibility and shape decisions, you fit perfectly into our dedicated team!

Job description

Your Mission

Do you thrive when day-to-day HR operations are well organised, documentation is complete, and employees feel well supported? Then you’ve come to the right place. As an HR & Payroll Specialist, you bring together all aspects of HR administration: you prepare contracts, maintain employee data, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and ensure that our administrative processes run smoothly throughout the entire employee lifecycle. At the same time, you support our Team Lead Payroll with ongoing payroll processing and reliably keep track of all relevant deadlines.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from preparing employment contracts to managing departures

  • Prepare employment contracts and supplementary agreements, ensuring that all documentation is complete, up to date, and well organised

  • Manage attendance and absences, leave balances, time tracking, and business travel expense claims

  • Carefully maintain our employee master data, ensure high data quality, and prepare HR statistics, reports, and analyses

  • Work closely with the Team Lead Payroll to prepare, process, and review the ongoing payroll for our employees in Austria

  • Actively support regulatory audits and HR projects, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Controlling to continuously improve our administrative processes

Your profile

  • Experience in HR administration and confidence in handling contracts, employee data, and organisational HR matters

  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing

  • Good basic knowledge of Austrian employment, social security, and payroll tax law

  • Familiarity with time-tracking and HR tools, as well as payroll systems such as BMD

  • Excellent German and good English skills

  • A structured, accurate, and service-oriented approach—even when managing several tasks at the same time

What you can expect

  • Meaningful work in an innovative and sustainable company

  • The opportunity to actively shape processes and take ownership

  • A dynamic, growing work environment with plenty of scope to make an impact

  • Flat hierarchies, strong team spirit, and an open company culture

  • Hybrid working and flexible working hours
