Your Mission

You attract the right talents and ensure their development within the REPLOID group of companies. Together with our executives, you steer the recruiting process nationally and internationally. Additionally, you bring your experience along the entire employee life cycle and support employees and executives with a focus on our subsidiaries from onboarding through development to exit. Together with the central HR team, you understand the needs of employees, design pragmatic, digital HR solutions, and actively contribute to the development of a corporate culture where people can unfold their potential. You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation strength.

Your Tasks

• Consult & accompany: You are a sparring partner for executives and employees with a strong focus on our subsidiaries in all HR matters – from entry through development to exit

• Attract talents: You manage recruiting from aligning personnel needs through selection to successful placement

• Rethink HR: You work on efficient, digital, and practical HR processes that grow with our company and collaborate on global HR projects within the corporate group

• Create security: You support with labor law issues nationally and internationally and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements

• Implement together: In close collaboration with the central HR team, you ensure smooth operations in daily business
  

Your Profile

• Professional background: You have completed a business education with a focus on HR and several years of experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) – ideally in a growing, international industrial or manufacturing company

• Legally savvy: You are familiar with labor law and relevant HR regulations and apply your knowledge practically

• Digitally adept: You are proficient with HR software, digital tools, and MS Office

• Structured & solution-oriented: You work independently, set clear priorities, enjoy new challenges, and a dynamic environment

• Confident & empathetic: You communicate appreciatively and confidently in German and English, present yourself professionally, and handle confidential matters discreetly
