Job description
Your Mission
We operate a modern, cloud-centric IT architecture and continuously invest in its development. As an experienced system generalist (f/m/d), you support more than 250 users daily and manage our Microsoft 365 environment operationally. As a systems engineer (f/m/d) your personal strengths lie in pronounced service orientation, patience, and communication skills. Daily support issues do not unsettle you, and you always enjoy delving into new MS topics to deepen your knowledge. A willingness to travel of 10-20% also ensures support for our international locations while still leaving enough time for what excites you privately!
Your Tasks
Support of our Microsoft 365 environment in daily operations (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, licenses, Conditional Access, Intune, Defender, Teams Phone) at the first and second level
Analysis of login incidents, reading sign-in logs, independent processing of standard issues, and their independent escalation to the senior team
Support of Microsoft Intune (enrollment, compliance, app assignments) as well as Teams telephony in daily operations (number assignment, mobile configuration, etc.)
Independent management of smaller IT projects (end device rollouts, license migrations, feature introductions)
Maintenance of our IT documentation, CMDB, and knowledge database
Close collaboration with our two senior profiles in the IT team and our Head of IT
Your Profile
Completed technical IT education or equivalent practical experience
Extensive practical experience in IT operations and support environment as well as with Microsoft 365 in daily operations and with Entra ID Conditional Access
Demonstrated experience in independently handling second-level support issues
Experience with an ITSM ticket system (Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar)
Basic PowerShell knowledge for daily operational tasks
Very good German and good English skills for smooth communication with users
