Your Mission

Your Tasks
Substantive and organizational preparation and follow-up of board meetings, committee meetings, and business meetings
Preparation of decision documents and presentations for the management
Coordination and tracking of various topics and tasks, as well as decisions and deadlines
Central point of contact for internal stakeholders and selected external partners in the management environment
Organization of efficient schedule and travel management at management level as well as occasional support for external appointments
Your Profile
Completed academic education or comparable qualification (Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing)
First practical experience in the work environment (e.g. internships, working student activities)
Very good handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) as well as high IT and digital affinity in dealing with AI tools
Strong service orientation and communication skills in German and fluent business English
Proactive way of working, high willingness to learn, and enjoyment of actively driving topics forward
