Job description

Your Mission

As an Assembly Supervisor, you ensure that our plant projects are implemented smoothly, safely, and efficiently both domestically and internationally. You are responsible for organizing our construction sites, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards, and coordinating internal and external teams. With your expertise and hands-on mentality, you make a crucial contribution to the success of our projects.

Your Tasks

  • Independent management and coordination of all construction site activities and assembly teams

  • Scheduling, resource management, and ensuring occupational safety

  • Organization and documentation of assembly processes, quality and safety checks

  • Close collaboration with project management, engineering, prefabrication and subcontractors

  • Conducting safety briefings, inspections and training

  • Preparation of technical reports, deficiency lists, and documentation

  • Support with commissioning and customer acceptance

  • Identification and implementation of optimization measures for efficiency improvement

Your Profile

  • Completed technical education (e.g., mechanic, mechatronics technician, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, electrician, or similar)

  • Several years of professional experience in assembly management or construction management in plant or mechanical engineering

  • Sound knowledge in occupational safety, quality management and documentation

  • Organizational talent, communication skills, and high sense of responsibility

  • Intercultural competence and team orientation

  • Willingness to travel (national & international, approx. 50–80%)

  • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, English skills advantageous

  • Proficient in common software and digital tools
