Your Mission
You are the heart of our headquarters in Wels and ensure that employees and guests feel comfortable and welcome from the very first moment. With organizational talent, overview, and joy in shaping, you skillfully coordinate meetings, trips, events, and the ongoing office operations. You create structure, bring people together out of passion, and make our office a place where collaboration works smoothly and brings joy.
Your Tasks
You are responsible for and shape the entire office routine at the Wels location
You coordinate meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and ensure a smooth process - from coordination with the central reception to the warm and professional welcome of guests
You organize, manage, and coordinate PPE / work clothing for our employees and ensure that processes, materials, and infrastructure are reliably available in office everyday life.
You support as a key user our global travel management tool
You assist in internal events, workshops, and team formats
You are the central contact person for organizational issues in the modern office concept
Your Profile
You already have experience in office management, assistance, administration, or a similar role? Excellent! Your personality and character are much more valuable than your professional background - we also welcome applications from career changers!
You are an organizational talent and keep an overview even with many parallel tasks - you radiate calmness and composure
You communicate openly, friendly, and professionally - in person, by phone, and in writing - in fluent German and English
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented. You are proficient with MS Office or digital tools and are not afraid of new topics and tasks
You enjoy supporting people and creating a positive office experience
You bring a hands-on mentality, reliability, and a good sense of priorities
