Job description

Your Mission

You are the driving force behind the successful implementation of our innovative plant solutions — from initial vision to industrial reality. In this key role, you orchestrate complex projects at the intersection of plant engineering, automation and the circular economy, connecting international stakeholders, internal teams and external partners while bringing ambitious concepts to market through technical excellence and a structured approach. You turn residual materials into valuable resources — where innovation meets a sustainable future.

Your responsibilities

  • Technical coordination and implementation of innovative plant engineering projects

  • Management and coordination of all project-related activities with internal departments and external partners

  • Support in the planning, design and further development of industrial plant solutions

  • Preparation and follow-up of technical requirements, specifications and project documentation

  • Proactive driving of key alignments and resolution of technical and organizational challenges

  • Support for tenders, technical procurement processes and coordination with suppliers and authorities

  • Ensuring smooth project execution with regard to quality, cost and timelines

  • Support during commissioning, technical acceptance tests and optimization of our plants

Your profile

  • Completed technical training or a degree in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, environmental engineering or a comparable field

  • Solid technical understanding of industrial plants, processes and engineering interrelationships

  • Structured, solution-oriented and self-reliant way of working

  • Ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic project phases

  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach

  • Strong organizational skills paired with clear and professional communication

  • Hands-on mentality and a strong team-oriented mindset

  • Very good German and good English skills; experience in a technical project environment is an advantage
