Job description

Your Mission

As a Sales Manager Agriculture & Farming (m/f/d), you are a key figure between innovative circular economy and lived agricultural practice in southern Germany, especially in the postal code areas with the initial digits 7 and 8 - the exact area we define together as a team.

With sales passion and a sense of reality on the farm, you turn initial contacts into strong, long-term partnerships. From targeted identification of new customers through to offer and negotiation to handover to project management: you control the entire sales process - and thus not only the sustainable future of our company, but that of our world!

Your Tasks

  • Sales of larval rearing plants with a clear focus on benefits - from initial contact and needs analysis to contract closure

  • Identifying customer potentials, developing tailored solutions, and accompanying them to successful handover to project management

  • Support and further development of existing customer relationships nationally and internationally

  • Regular presence with customers on-site, at trade fairs and events, as well as active networking in agriculture

  • Ongoing monitoring of market and competitive developments to identify new opportunities

Your profile

  • Completed training as well as technical and business interest

  • Passion for field sales as well as affinity for the agricultural environment and farming

  • Strong communication and presentation skills at eye level in German and English

  • Structured, independent and proactive way of working as well as proficient use of CRM systems

  • Willingness to travel and a class B driver's license
