Your Mission

We operate a modern, cloud-centric IT architecture based on Microsoft 365 and continuously invest in security, automation, and new cloud services. For our internal IT team, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer (f/m/d) with real depth in the Microsoft stack, who takes on both operational and conceptual responsibility with an independent, hands-on working style. In close collaboration with the Head of IT, you are the central technical senior role in the team and actively help shape our cloud strategy.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for the daily operation and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on identity, endpoint, and security topics

• Design and maintenance of our conditional access architecture as well as support for identity and access management (inkl. PIM, Access Reviews, Identity Protection)

• Responsibility for Microsoft Intune and Autopilot including compliance, patch management, and device rollout

• Operational daily management of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Microsoft Office 365

• Support for our Teams telephony (Operator Connect / Direct Routing)

• Evaluation and integration of new Microsoft 365 features

Your Profile

• Completed technical IT education or equivalent practical experience

• Extensive experience in the administration and further development of Microsoft 365 environments, preferably in the IT service, managed service provider, or system house environment with senior-level responsibility for managing multiple client environments

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft identity and access management as well as Intune, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and Autopatch

• Solid PowerShell knowledge including Microsoft Graph

• Operational experience with Microsoft Teams Phone

• Very good German and English language skills
