Job description

Your Mission

You’ll lay the financial foundation for REPLOID’s continued growth and actively help shape the future of the circular economy. You’ll ensure our group-wide liquidity, develop financing solutions, and build strong partnerships with banks and investors. Together with your team, you’ll continue to refine our treasury processes and systems and support day-to-day operations. You’ll keep a balanced eye on both opportunities and risks, combining strategic foresight with a hands-on approach. Your experience will make a difference where waste materials are transformed into valuable resources.

Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for treasury activities, including the ongoing development and optimization of processes, systems, and internal controls

  • Ensuring group-wide liquidity and solvency—from liquidity planning and cash forecasts to payment transactions

  • Structuring corporate and project financing, managing credit lines, guarantees, collateral, and intercompany financing, including maintaining relationships with banks and financing partners

  • Monitoring covenants, contract deadlines, and reporting requirements, and managing liquidity, interest rate, currency, and refinancing risks

  • Responsibility for bank accounts and access permissions; preparing treasury reports and decision-making documentation; and supporting investments and corporate acquisitions from a treasury perspective.

What You Bring

  • A degree in economics or a comparable qualification, as well as at least five years of experience in treasury or corporate finance

  • Experience in professional collaboration and the further development of treasury-related topics

  • In-depth knowledge of liquidity planning, cash management, payment processing, and financial risk management

  • Experience with financing, loan agreements, and covenants, as well as in collaborating and negotiating with banks and lenders

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and relevant systems, as well as an understanding of treasury-related Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) issues

  • Analytical thinking, initiative, and strong communication skills, combined with strategic vision and a hands-on approach; very good command of German and English

What We Offer

  • Meaningful work at an innovative, sustainable company

  • The opportunity to actively help shape processes and take on responsibility

  • A dynamic, growing work environment with plenty of creative freedom

  • Flat hierarchies, team spirit, and an open corporate culture

  • Hybrid work and flexible hours
