Your Mission

In this role, you take ownership – of numbers, processes, and people. As Team Lead Accounting, you act as the central point of contact for all accounting matters and actively shape the financial foundation of our company. With your strong expertise, you not only manage ongoing processes with confidence but also critically assess and continuously improve existing workflows. In close collaboration with the Head of Global Accounting, you ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations – combining forward-thinking with a clear focus on quality and accuracy.

At the same time, you see yourself as a leader who brings people along: from fostering the professional development of your team to creating an environment where ownership is truly lived. You fully step into a leadership role – even if you have not yet formally held one.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting and financial reporting team, both professionally and disciplinarily, in line with REPLOID’s planned growth

• Analyze, document, digitize, and further develop all accounting-related processes, leveraging modern tools

• Ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB

• Build, harmonize, and further develop accounting policies across all international entities of REPLOID Group AG, ensuring compliance with all tax, legal, and internal requirements

• Act as the key interface to tax advisors, authorities, and auditors, while collaborating closely with internal departments

Your profile

• Completed commercial education and certification as an accountant and/or certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)

• Several years of relevant experience in an international group environment, combined with solid tax expertise – ideally in plant engineering or a manufacturing environment; experience in auditing or tax advisory is a plus

• Confident use of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or willingness to quickly get up to speed, as well as strong MS Office skills

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Affinity for process and software optimization, as well as interest in modern tools such as AI
