Job description

Your Mission

As an Inhouse Consultant for Salesforce, you are not just managing a system, but actively shaping a central platform that connects and makes sales, marketing, and after-sales more efficient on a daily basis. The role offers the opportunity to strategically develop our CRM, optimize processes sustainably, and prioritize the resulting requirements as a central interface between departments. If you enjoy taking responsibility, translating complex requirements into functional solutions, and actively shaping our business processes, you will find an environment here with great scope for design, short decision-making paths, and visible results.

Your Tasks

  • Support & Operations: Ensuring 1st and 2nd level support for Salesforce users including error analysis, troubleshooting, and escalation

  • Configuration & Development of Salesforce (Reports, Dashboards, System Interfaces) according to departmental requirements including further development of interfaces to connected systems such as Business Central

  • Administration of the Salesforce environment, especially user management as well as role and authorization concept

  • Training & Change Management: Planning and conducting training as well as onboarding new key users and supporting new releases

  • Projects: Leading and coordinating projects and rollouts with internal and external partners including requirements management and prioritization

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant with solid knowledge in Sales Cloud, ideally with Salesforce certification

  • Practice in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, as well as user management

  • In-depth understanding of CRM processes in sales, marketing, and after-sales

  • Proficient in handling interfaces (APIs, integrations) is advantageous

  • Strong communication skills in German and English to moderate different interests

  • Structured, independent way of working as well as a high level of service orientation and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
